About
Anna Mannila is a freelance makeup artist and hair stylist based in Helsinki, Finland. She works in the fields of fashion and commercial work. She has a strong background in assisting top makeup artists both in Finland and abroad, and worked as the first assistant to Miika Kemppainen for three years.
Her style of makeup and hair is usually minimalist, effortless, and expensive-looking. Yet, as a former emo girl, she still loves to add a bit of edge to her makeup. For her, beautiful skin is the most important part of the look.
As a person, she’s often described as bringing a sense of calm and positive energy to sets. She’s never the loudest in the room, but she’s known for her sense of humor and being great with people.
